You will be welcomed to Quillisascut with a farm-fresh lunch utilizing early spring greens and veggies, fresh sourdough, as well as a sampling preview of the chevre you will be making in the afternoon. Following a relaxed and delicious lunch, plan on a tour of the diverse land of Quillisascut, including veggie plots, fruit trees, chickens, ducks, and of course, goats. Learn how to make chevre goat cheese from Lora Lea, with over forty years of goat cheese making expertise. Plan on taking your own log of chevre home … if you don’t eat it all on the car ride home.
