Parent and Child
You asked for it and we are pleased to host such a special weekend.
July 10-13th 2008, $695 for a parent child team.
There are endless possibilities and things to discover around the farm. Over the course of this weekend we will step back and let the children call our attention to the important things in life. We will make pizza cheese for sure. 
Do some garden work, watch the garden insects (helpers and other), care for the animals, gather the eggs, cook together, go to the beach during the heat of the afternoon and stargaze if we can stay up that late!
Last fall Wylie and Susan helped Rick harvest flageolet beans for our cassoulet. Another fun preserved food to make from freshly picked green beans is pickled Dilly Bean.
