Learning to make cheese at home is easy and fun! During this workshop we will explore the world of cheese, starting with a tasting of Quillisascut Farmstead Cheese and how they are crafted here on the farm.

  • Overview of the step by step process that transforms milk to delicious curds.
  • Rennet
  • Cultures
  • Instant coagulation (ricotta, mascarpone)
  • Mozzarella
  • Rapid coagulation (feta, blue)
  • Long set (chevre)

Tuition $295 per person includes lodging, meals, and all course instruction. (transportation not included)
