Congratulations! You have been awarded a $755 scholarship to attend a Quillisascut Farm culinary 101 workshop this summer. To receive your scholarship and workshop placement, sign and return the Student Agreement form, the workshop Workshop Liability Waiver and pay your remaining tuition by check or PayPal of $195 by July 1, 2021.
There is space for 10 students in each workshop, spaces fill up quickly, so get yours in ASAP!
To secure your requested week you must pay the tuition, read, sign and return the Student Agreement and the Workshop Liability Waiver forms by email or mail to Quillisascut Farm, 2409 Pleasant Valley Road, Rice, WA 99167
